The Charlotte Regional Sports Commission (CRSC) is a non-profit organization, formed in 1994 by former Charlotte mayor, Richard Vinroot. Its purpose is to help lure sporting events to Charlotte, which benefits the region in two major areas: economic impact and quality of life.
CRSC experienced challenges in effectively communicating with its core customers: corporate sponsors and event attendees. The desire was to create a cohesive set of web-based tools to easily manage corporate sponsor participation and event promotion/registration.
Along with the creation of a new user interface, we integrated a dynamic content management platform whereby CRSC staff can facilitate and manage event registrations, coordinate event volunteers, communicate with its corporate sponsor base more effectively and distribute information more rapidly.
